The hotel rooms are clean and spacious enough for a family of four with loads of luggage. Although the mattress was very soft, I woke up with a backache. The rooms have everything you could reasonably ask for, are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable stay overall.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable with a really cozy bed, but there were only 2 tea bags available during my stay, which was a bit lacking. The location was superb, easy to find, and close to major roads without much noise. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff throughout, from reception and cleaning team to the bar staff. The dining experience at Brewers Fare was good, especially the morning choices, but light snacks were limited. Facilities were satisfactory, but the hotel always had a fusty smell that was noticeable.

I had a great stay at this Premier Inn for an overnight theatre trip to Norwich. The rooms, though a bit tricky to find in the dark, were of the usual high quality you expect from Premier Inn at a very affordable price. I had a very good night's sleep and have already booked my next stay here. The size of the room was impressive.
